Discount Policy

From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional prices, special offers, or other savings on selected products or orders. Available discounts may vary depending on the promotion, product, order value, or other applicable conditions.

Some discounts may be applied automatically at checkout, while others may require a valid promotional code. If a discount code is required, it must be entered correctly before the order is completed. Discounts cannot normally be added to an order after payment has been successfully processed.

Certain promotions may have specific requirements, such as a minimum purchase amount, selected products, limited availability, or a defined promotional period. Any additional conditions will normally be shown together with the relevant offer.

Unless otherwise stated, discounts generally apply only to eligible product prices. Shipping fees, taxes, duties, and other additional charges may not be included when calculating the discount.

Only one promotional discount may be used per order unless we clearly state that multiple offers can be combined. Discount codes and promotional offers may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another order.

If an item purchased with a discount is returned, any refund will normally be based on the amount actually paid for that item after the discount was applied. Shipping fees or other non-refundable charges will be handled according to the applicable refund and shipping policies.

If a discount is displayed incorrectly because of a technical issue, pricing error, or other mistake, we may correct the discount before the order is completed. If the issue affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer to explain the situation and confirm the appropriate next step.

Discounts and promotional offers may be changed, limited, or ended at any time unless otherwise stated. Any discount already validly applied to a completed order will remain subject to the terms that were in effect when the order was placed.
